In early 2012, whilst searching for food, I saw a niche in the market that was unfilled. The popularity of food trucks in New York was growing. I decided it was only a matter of time before food truck brands would reach a new customer base so I developed a brand, gathering my resources, built a business plan, and incorporated a New York City business by the name “Toast Monster”.
Two years after its inception, Toast Monster grown from a tiny food cart in New York City to a restaurant in Seoul, Korea.
